Tham Chee Soon is a veteran of the accounting and corporate governance field, with more than 30 years of experience in audit, financial oversight, and board leadership. He served as an Audit Partner at Ernst & Young from 1987 to 2018, advising listed companies across diverse industries on financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls — experience that provides a strong foundation for rigorous investment governance and risk management.

He has held independent directorships at Fragrance Group, Hwa Hong Corporation, and ecoWise Holdings, and currently serves as an Independent Director at VinFast Auto Ltd (listed on NASDAQ), CH Offshore Ltd (listed on SGX) and Tokio Marine Insurance Singapore Pte Ltd. He also serves as Director/CFO for two SPACs, one of which is listed on NASDAQ. His board roles span audit and risk committees, and strategic advisory functions, giving him deep insight into corporate valuation, financial integrity, and stewardship.

Mr. Tham is also the founder of iCFO Advisors Pte Ltd, where he provides CFO-level advisory services to growth companies and family enterprises.
