Loh Phui Yeng is an experienced finance, risk, and controls professional with over 15 years of management role. Her career spans roles at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, DBS Bank, and PricewaterhouseCoopers in both Singapore and London, where she developed expertise in financial governance, regulatory compliance, and front-to-back control frameworks.

At Bank J. Safra Sarasin, Loh served as Director and Head of Internal Controls & Surveillance, overseeing internal control processes, regulatory adherence and trade surveillance activities for the Singapore branch. Prior to that, she led key regional COO initiatives, including MIS cost allocation, outsourcing governance, and implementation of outsourcing policy updates. As Head of Finance for Singapore, she managed local regulatory reporting to MAS, liquidity monitoring, tax matters, statutory reporting and financial controls.

Earlier in her career, Loh supported the Treasury & Markets business at DBS Bank in strengthening operational risk practices across Asian locations. She began her professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore and completed a two-year secondment in London, progressing to Senior Manager in the Financial Services practice. During this period, she managed audit engagements for international banking clients, and advised clients on accounting, controls and regulatory reporting.

Loh is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) with a Banking minor from Nanyang Technological University.
